    Residential facilities, investing in Colgate’s diverse housing optionsthrough new construction and the revitalization of historic buildings.

  • First-Year Experience, supporting students’ transition to higher education and independent living within a community by providing a series of programs for first-year students to have fun, meet their peers, and develop life skills.

  • Sophomore-Year Experience, expanding a set of voluntary programs that help sophomores formulate goals and values, and develop civic and life skills such as public speaking, active listening, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

  • Broad Street Community Fund, providing annual funding for activities that will foster community building among student residence units and other student organizations, managed by the students of the Broad Street Community Council.
